Job Summary Works with major retail clients assigned to them to identify their needs and problems to promote appropriate company products and services. General Accountabilities Work with the customers' information system to manipulate data and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required by customers and AIT. Category management. Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients. Provides support and service required by clients. Contacts and visits clients to meet their service requirements and to help them better understand company products and services. Handles queries about company products and services. Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products. Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business. Provides customer service to business partners. Educates business partners and end users on company products and services. Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners. Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers. Respectfully and diligently take on any other job duties assigned. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able and willing to travel up to 20%-30% of the time or so as directed by SVP of Sales and Marketing.
