7-10 years of sales experience
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience leading a cross functional team
Automotive industry knowledge is a must; with good technical understanding
Aftermarket industry knowledge is a must; with good understanding of the shock absorber market.
Ability to function in a fast-paced team oriented environment; apply critical thinking principles and remain flexible
Attention to details and accuracy with strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Be Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
