The Sign Specialist I provides support and assistance to the Exterior Store Real Estate Administration Department with sign related projects.
Essential Job Functions
Complete and document all steps taken to finish sign projects for all existing locations including working with the sign code specialist to determine regulations, working with department and field management to determine approved scope of work, issue work orders, obtain bids and provide materials needed for sign vendors to obtain proper permits
Order signs accordingly, coordinate building fascia completion and readiness for signs with appropriate real estate contacts, schedule sign installs and confirm all signage is installed and lighted properly
Communicate status of signage projects for existing locations to management and other involved parties as needed, document all steps of the process, ensure all comments in MARS are current and update tracking sheets for accurate status on each project
Ensure inventory of removed signs is accurate, document and update all records, including FADs, to use or dispose of all unassigned signs, enter all invoices and other information for projects into the master sign spreadsheet and On Base; ensure all records are updated and files closed out
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Typing, computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office equipment skills
Two years office experience
This is a full-time opportunity; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
