Assist dealership service technicians in troubleshooting technical problems at an OEM On-Demand Contact Center
Combine your experience and repair knowledge with an expansive database to provide the latest fix information to dealership technicians via phone and the web
Regularly collaborate with other service engineering teams to diagnose and provide the most accurate information to Fix It Right the First Time.
Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve various service issues.
This is a teaching and learning environment with a team focus
If you are open to working with 160+ technical service engineers and building upon your skills with the ability to coach and mentor others, this is the role for you
You will be using your technical know-how to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, document issues and get the vehicle back on the road
Training will begin on your first day
Lasts about 6-7 weeks
Includes classroom, shadowing a mentor, web-based, etc. to give you a well-rounded background into the process of the Technical Assistance Center

Additional Salary Information: This is an hourly rate and you will work 40 hours per week. If you work overtime, you would earn time and a half for hours accrued. Overtime is not required but available if you wish to take it.
