We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
Position Overview: As an Automotive Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading our FIVE to TEN person outside sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. Your mission will be to increase revenue, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction in the auto parts segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Including developing and utilizing our Federated Car Care service center program.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of outside sales representatives, setting clear goals, providing training, and monitoring performance to drive individual and team success.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners to ensure long-term business growth.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our brands and effectively communicate its value proposition to customers.
Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to achieve sales objectives.
Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
