The strategic use of pricing is an important lever in maximizing both topline revenue and profit. This position is focused on the establishment and execution of pricing best practice across the EMPI organization.
Define EMPI pricing strategy for automotive aftermarket portfolio.
Lead and drive implementation and execution of a pricing strategy.
Lead large strategic pricing initiatives, strongly interfaced with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
Partners with Product Managers to determine competitor and market prices for key product areas.
Collaborate with Sales Management to identify sales team pricing best practice, and proliferate this across the sales teams.
Manage the price update process.
Support channel partner price update process.
Manage Tariff impact analysis and response.
Ability to determine and articulate a long-range vision and strategy.
Ability to influence commercial teams through price and profitability management.
Experience of using tools to analyze and set prices.
Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
Highly proficient in use of MS Office (Excel).
AS400 skills a plus
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute projects.
4 year degree, preferably in finance, business, marketing, or economics.
Automotive aftermarket experience a plus
