First line on customer service - phones, computer and walk in
Direct office communication with co-workers, dealers, and customers
Assist customers with product availability and pricing (within established guidelines) and delivery schedules
Verify and confirm packing lists and prepares invoices
Create shipping labels for daily shipments
Process orders, credit memos, and credit cards for customers and/or drivers
Review, correct and reconcile CODs, credit card charges/refunds and other payment discrepancies
Perform outbound calls to contact customers on open invoices
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required, including COD, bank reports, ROB and other reports as assigned
Perform general office duties to include answering phones, filing, assisting with mail and inter-branch correspondence
Additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED
1 year minimum customer service experience
Some mechanical understanding of cars preferred
Basic computer skills to include ability to use warehouse management system, Microsoft excel, and UPS/FedEx shipping software
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English so as to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and to read orders so as to accurately pick correct item to include right type, size, style and color
Ability to problem solve and complete basic math
Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to work in fast pace environment and meet daily productivity standards
Ability to comply with company attendance policy
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time
Able to handle merchandise (approx. 45-60lbs)
