We are currently celebrating our 14th year in business as a solid small company with a proven history of building award winning performance cars. We are quality provider of aftermarket performance part installations and products to improve, repair, or upgrade performance vehicles. Our builds are showcased every year at the SEMA Show and have graced the covers of countless leading magazines.
We build the impossible and push the limits of ingenuity and most importantly take pride in what we do. As part of the team, your role ensures proper operation of vehicles and mechanical equipment by inspecting vehicles, determining the Mechanical repair needs, performing specified repairs and replacing specific parts according to instruction. In addition to repairing vehicles, a substantial amount of time will be spent installing performance parts and upgrades, including exhaust, suspension, engine modifications, body kits, superchargers, etc. You will be involved in customizing project builds for shows and prototype development.

About the Opportunity…
We are searching for a Full Time Technician. We will expect your efforts to be about 35-45 hours a week, including very minimal weekend requirements - a few times a year. We eagerly seek someone with a highly detailed and methodical thought process.

Areas of Expertise: (Successful candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications)
Late Model Performance Part Upgrades and Classic Restoration
5+ years of Automotive Mechanical Experience – Ford Experience a plus!
Steering and Suspension Systems
Drivetrain and Transmission Systems
Brake and Traction Control Systems
Electrical and Electronic Systems
Fuel and Cooling Systems
Racecar Preparation – a plus
Detail Oriented -- taking the time to do the job right the first time is critical
MIG Welding (TIG a plus+)
Skill Requirements:
Motivated Team Player -- no EGO!
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
Learn quickly and carry out assignments accurately and thoroughly with minimal supervision.
Work well as a team member company-wide, and get along with others regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.
Follow instructions, safety practices and standard operating procedures in performing assigned tasks.
Be consistently punctual and attend work regularly.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Accurately account for parts, materials and labor.
Operate power tools and vehicle hoists properly and safely.
Read and understand schematics, repair manuals, parts manuals and other related documents.
Safely handle chemicals, fuels, batteries and other hazardous materials.
Use common sense and look out for the safety of others in the work environment.
Travel and provide support for testing and racing as needed.
Organized and tidy -- we keep the shop spotless.
