E-Commerce Order Entry Processor
Gale Banks Engineering is an established, market-leading manufacturer of aftermarket performance products for trucks, SUVs and motor homes. We are currently seeking a full time E-Commerce Order Entry Processor to work in house at our location on our Southern California campus.
Summary: Process new orders, enter customer details into company data base software, maintain detailed communication with customer via email throughout entire process, and provides support and assistance for RMA processing.
Successful candidate will:
Enter customer information, including name, address, phone numbers, credit card information into CRM and Intuitive. Update and or correct existing information.
Handle all Web and Phone Orders from start to finish by comparing information from online shopping site and CRM, adding customer numbers, sales order numbers, and making any needed changes to ensure smooth processing of the order. Review Intuitive Order for accuracy and resolve any inaccuracies.
Email customers through online store with shipment eta for all sales orders within 4 hours of order placement. Orders with an estimated ship date beyond five days will be contacted via phone.
Assist in confirming will call and Install orders and assist with preparation and update of Installation Schedule.
Invoice parts to customers as appropriate; invoice and distribute parts to will call customers.
Assist with RMA processing.
Handle special projects as directed.
Requirements:
High school diploma with 2+ years of previous experience in an order entry/data entry or customer service environment.
UPS, Federal Express or freight carrier experience required.
Must have basic online commerce experience, Excel experience, and Office experience.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and textually, is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive experience extremely helpful.
Experience with Web Shop and Dynamics preferred.
