The Field Sales Specialist is a remote, key position at AWE, critical to the continued growth of the brand within brick and mortar dealers, eCommerce dealers, and installers. The role is the face of the AWE brand in the field, taking on the primary responsibilities of developing and nurturing relationships, maintaining the dealer locator, establishing key dealers in major markets, providing WD & dealer training, and coordinating all of AWE’s sales and marketing events -- all while being a part of a winning team.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining the “Dealer Locator” program
Developing a “Key Market” Dealer network, building upon AWE’s existing customer base
Travel with, and train, Warehouse Distributors’ outside sales representatives
Product and brand training at customer locations, including marketing collateral inventory
Supporting the Warehouse Distributor network with appropriate referrals
Handling immediate sales opportunities while establishing long-term relationships
Prospecting and analyzing territories, and developing an efficient travel and store visit strategy
