Position Overview: The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue, profit goals and strategic sales objectives while safeguarding customer satisfaction and maintaining long term, mutually beneficial, customer relationships. Additionally, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase sales within existing strategic accounts and by prospecting and developing new strategic account relationships.
