 Primary Goal: &#xa0; To identify new business opportunities, grow existing accounts and build long term relationships within the automotive aftermarket sector. 
 &#xa0; 
 Key Responsibilities: 
 
 Grow sales of existing accounts and seek new opportunities for business growth 
 Introduce new products to existing and potential customers 
 Work with engineering department to provide feedback for new product ideas 
 Work with inside sales team to facilitate and secure orders 
 Visit and meet with customers to build long term relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction 
 Build new customer relations by initiating outbound communications 
 Establish sales goals and forecasts for all territories 
 Attend trade shows and motorsports events 
 Candidate Requirements: 
 
 A proven track record in sales and business development 
 Personal contacts within the automotive aftermarket 
 5+ years of sales and business development within the performance automotive aftermarket 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
 College education is preferred, but not required 
 Demonstrate a strong team player attitude 
 Track sales goals and develop reports 
 Excellent follow up skills to ensure customer needs are met 
 Strong time management skills 
 Ability to give in person presentations and conduct training

This position can be fully remote for the right candidate or be based in our Collinsville, Illinois location
