Nationwide, *** THIS IS A REMOTE/TELECOMMUTING POSITION ***
The Quick and Dirty!
It's simple. SureDone, a leading SaaS E-Commerce Channel Management platform, is looking for a sales rockstar who wants to make lots of money by finding us new mid market customers who are the right fit for our solution. The twist? We're looking for someone with solid experience selling to or who has been part of the automotive, motorsports and/or powersports parts and accessories industry.
We think the right person for this role should be:

An aggressive hunter with a consultative sales approach.
Someone who enjoys all parts of the sales cycle (prospecting/research, cold contacts, nurturing, negotiating and - most importantly - closing).
A person who is good at helping companies find ways to grow while preferably using our software.
Someone who qualifies prospects well . We're looking for long term relationships, not here today gone tomorrow closes.
A person who likes working in small businesses and being held accountable for process and results, not hours worked .

Who are we?
SureDone is a market leader for online software that helps established or growing brands and resellers in the auto/moto/powersports aftermarket space manage their products available online, sync pricing and inventory across multiple channels, consolidate orders and logistics and automate as many repetitive, time consuming or error prone tasks as possible. We're all about making it possible for these companies to focus on their growth as opposed to just their operations.
What are we looking for?
SureDone is looking for an aggressive outbound account executive with experience selling to growing or established Automotive, Motorsports and/or Powersports aftermarket brands or resellers. Your primary role would be to:

Identify target companies through online research (for example, finding companies actively selling on eBay Motors or participating in SEMA, AAPEX, CAN, PRI, etc.)
Identify the people responsible for managing online activities at these companies
Build a relationship while understanding whether the SureDone software is a good fit for them
Prepare and deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients that lead to successful sales outcomes
Present and negotiate pricing
Close opportunities successfully and in a timely fashion

While working at SureDone you'll:

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our solution, competitive product offerings, market intelligence, and unique differentiation
Strategize with account team members and leadership to identify an approach most likely to persuade prospect to change existing behaviors, and solve deal-level challenges.
Prepare and deliver timely, detailed, and well-crafted follow-up reports and presentations to client and prospect requests for additional information.
Consult prospect during trials.
Assist at onsite trade shows, user conferences, etc., or virtually when only offered in that format.

About this role:
You'll be the primary account executive and backed up by an amazing inbound individual who can help throughout the sales process. We're a small group which gives you the opportunity to really shine and excel. We'll set quotas and goals but really want the individual selected for this role to bring in their own thoughts and approaches on how to be successful. We don't micromanage. We focus on results. About you:

5+ years of Account Executive experience.
2+ years of Account Executive experience in the Auto/Moto/Motorsports vertical or in Auto/Moto/Motorsports E-Commerce.
SaaS/Software sales experience a plus!
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Are a fast learner, curious about systems, integrations, and SaaS strategy.
You follow a consultative, solution-based, challenger sales methodology
You have willingness to travel (we expect a very small amount of travel in today's mostly virtual environment, but it may increase over time) and enjoy a virtual sales environment
Will thrive in a constantly evolving environment and will enjoy getting hands dirty.
Have experience with CRM software and pipeline management (we use Salesforce).
Strong proficiency in sales operations, lead management, and attribution.
Salary is base + commission. Base will be commensurate on experience and network. Commission is unlimited, but we expect an aggressive candidate will exceed $100k/year in commissions NOT INCLUDING their base.
