								<description>Remote / South San Francisco, California,  Torqued Distribution is seeking a Head of Marketing contractor to take the company and its unique portfolio of brands coupled with industry-best eCommerce automation technology to the next level of awareness with its dealers and customers. This role will report to the Founder and CEO and is a contractor position to start with the potential to turn into a full time role if desired.&#xa0; 
 &#xa0; 
 Opportunity &#38; Responsibilities 
 
 Lead all marketing efforts for Torqued Distribution&#8217;s wholesale and retail businesses across all channels 
 Drive brand awareness of Torqued Distribution to prospective dealers through content marketing, earned, owned &#38; paid media, social, trade shows, etc. 
 Create go-to-market strategies and perform market development for the unique brands we import including collateral, brochures, digital ads, swag, co-marketing campaigns, webinars and more, in essence acting as the US brand manager for these brands 
 Support dealer and consumer sales team with consistent messaging for our imported brands 
 Manage all content on torqueddistribution.com (wholesale) and build.torqued.io (retail-centric product information) 
 Manage and generate a consistent newsletter to our existing dealer network with product updates, promotions, opportunities, new brands and other relevant &#38; compelling news 
 Run retail customer acquisition and email remarketing 
 
 &#xa0; 
 &#xa0; 
 Significant experience in automotive aftermarket marketing or product management 
 Proven success in developing and growing a brand or suite of brands 
 Highly proficient in and comfortable with digital collaboration tools including Google Docs, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Wordpress and more 
 Excellent written and verbal skills 
 &#8220;Roll up the sleeves&#8221; attitude and flexibility in work varying day-to-day 
 Track record of landing earned media placements with relevant consumer motorsports and aftermarket trade media outlets 
 Extremely proactive and self-directed orientation; high sense of urgency and bias for action 
 Open to conversion to full time after initial contract</description>
