Develop and implement defined customer-specific strategy
Design global customer development plan and develop customer measures and initiatives
Define customer-specific targets (on country and product group level) and ensure tracking
Establish defined international customer reporting (KPI-based business monitoring)
Drive customer interests/requests through Hella organization
Establish E-Commerce specific processes within Hella organization
Train Hella organization on E-Commerce specific customer requirements
Drive change management to reach E-Commerce mindset within Hella organization
Define international price and condition systems
Prepare and provide offers together with local KAM and follow up them
Communicate with local chief sales and decide on biggest potentials (local vs. KAM strategy)
Finally negotiate and/or approve price requests and/or new programs in all customer countries
Establish defined and actively manage relationship at all hierarchy levels of the customers to penetrate Hella services, products and campaigns (man mapping)
